Microsoft has declared victory over J2EE, and is now setting their sites on Ruby on Rails

Microsoft is leaving Java in the dust, but the company still has room to grow in the developer arena, looking beyond J2EE — dealing with issues as lighter-weight frameworks such Ruby on Rails.
